Who are the meth dealers? California "residents."
Panga Boat Landing at Arroyo Quemada Beach West of Santa Barbara Leads to Big Drug Bust
Law enforcement officers seize nearly 3,200 pounds of meth and arrest 33 suspects, including 15 people who live in Santa Barbara or Goleta, by Janeane Scully, Nooshawk.com, August 19, 2020
Over one and a half tons of methamphetamine and 33 suspects were seized on a panga boat caught landing at Arroyo Quemada Beach, west of Santa Barbara, California, this week.
The suspects are Southern California residents according to an article in a Santa Barbara local paper. Their names are all Hispanic.
The panga boat originated in Mexico and the list of law enforcement agencies involved in the meth bust suggest that many or most of the smugglers are not U.S. citizens.
Panga boat seizures are not uncommon along the coast in Santa Barbara County and they almost always involve Mexican smugglers who "reside" in California. According to a spokesperson from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office, this is "one of the largest methamphetamine seizures in the nation’s history."
Where are the details about the drug operations originating in Mexico and the citizenship of the smugglers? Searching the Web results in no news about this event, "one of the largest methamphetamine seizures in the nation’s history."
These are not good people, neither the smugglers nor the media moguls who do not report the ongoing drug smuggling Mexican operations.
