So you want to get into Harvard?

Well recently the Harvard Crimson was forced to release undergraduate admissions data as part of the current discrimination lawsuit headed for the Supreme Court.

This chart shows admittance percentages to the Ivy League school between 2014 and 2019.

The horizontal axis shows academic potential on a 1 to 10 scale, with color coded dots corresponding to admittance rates of Black, Hispanic, White, and Asian applicants.

Steve Sailer notes:

Strikingly, over 40% of Blacks in the top two academic deciles still get rejected.

As you can see, Black and Hispanic applicants are far more likely to get accepted, even with far lower academic potential.

Should you find yourself in the 5th decile of academic potential as a White undergrad, landing you just below average among Harvard applicants, here’s how you would fare against other races:
