States are taking notice of Biden’s Administrative Amnesty policies. Now, Attorneys General are leading the fight with federal lawsuits, and are succeeding, thanks to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton leading the original multi-state suits against Obama’s Deferred Action programs for illegal aliens.
Paxton and others are continuing to sabotage the Biden Regime Administrative Amnesty, with the AG coalition filing additional lawsuits against various manifestations of the Biden criminal regime.
Current law requires removal of illegal aliens, other than those from Mexico, by an administrative process called Expedited Removal. This process removes illegals immediately after arrest without further recourse to the Executive Office for Immigration Review or Federal Courts. However, the Biden Regime is treating any claim of fear of return as a credible claim of persecution, then releasing those aliens into the United States. Few illegals show up to their removal hearings.
Now Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Attorney General Ashley Moody have filed an amended complaint in a lawsuit claiming the Biden Regime’s Administrative Amnesty is unlawful.
Biden has also reinstated the Central American Minors program, in which failed and fraudulent claims to political asylum by minors are adjudicated outside the United States, then the minors are paroled into the United States with the intent of joining their illegal parents already in the country.
However, aliens facing persecution who are outside the United States have to be referred by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and are not eligible as asylum seekers.
Instead, the Biden Regime is aiding illegal aliens in the United States to bring their inadmissible minor children into the country. There is no legal basis for this program.
Now eight states have entered a coalition to sue the Biden Regime for the Central American Minors program which illegally bypasses U.S. law.
