I was thinking of switching email companies and opened an email account with a company called Zoho that I'd seen mentioned somewhere. Now they've sent their rules and regulations to me. I've highlighted a surprising condition.
By using Zoho Sites you agree that
- You will not transmit or publish any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
- You will not transmit or publish any content that is pornographic and/or obscene.
- You will not use Zoho Sites to impersonate any individual or entity.
- You will not transmit or publish any content that is unlawful, illegal, hateful, promotes racism or promotes discrimination or hatred based on ethnicity.
- You will not transmit or publish any material that defames, abuses, harasses, stalks, threatens or otherwise violates privacy and other legal rights of others. [More]

The now-closed torrent site Demonoid cheerfully violated everyone’s copyright, but insisted on hosting “No hate inducing material of any kind.“ It’s why VDARE.com pays to use its own hosting and software platform — using a “free” service like Blogger, Wordpress or Facebook would allow us to be closed down by anyone who objected to us.
