Simply put, events at the Darien Gap are far more important to the welfare and indeed survival of the Historic American Nation than what is going on between Israel and Gaza.
But while the News Channels are choked with Israel/ Gaza Strip events Darien Gap information has been pushed below the line of sight of most ordinary news consumers.
However, the volume of stories supplied by Google News Alerts has probably tripled this month. Mostly these are sob stories about the hardships of taking the route, or of getting fully plugged into the American welfare cornucopia, once arrived.
However, a few do supply important new facts which should outrage Patriots.
Such a one is Panama, Costa Rica announce busing plan for Darien Gap migrants, likely expediting their trek to US border, Fox News, October 11, 2023:
Panama and Costa Rica announced a plan to quickly bus thousands of migrants through Panama to the Costa Rican border…
Industrial-scale smuggling operations in Colombia have now reduced the dangerous crossing to a little over two days for the strongest walkers. The expedited bus service in Panama will likely decrease further the amount of time migrants take to reach the U.S. border, now down to about two and a half weeks.
…Panama’s National Immigration Service said 30 buses carried a group of almost 1,600 migrants Tuesday from Panama to a Costa Rican migrant center in Corredores.
I noticed this “Industrialization“ in NY TIMES: Colombian Pols Getting Rich Off Darien Gap Influx — President Sneers At U.S. This said of Panama’s southern neighbor
Local entrepreneurs on the Caribbean coast of Colombia, up by the Panamanian border, do not expect any slowing. The article extensively documents how efficiently they have geared up to handle massive traffic. They are a credit to Free Enterprise.
In the September 14 NYT article discussed:
More than 360,000 people have already crossed the jungle in 2023 … surpassing last year’s almost unthinkable record of nearly 250,000…
In August alone, almost 82,000 people made the trek through the Darién, according to Panamanian officials.
The Fox News story above, about a month later, says-
Panama estimates that 420,700 migrants have crossed the Gap from Colombia to Panama so far this year, making it likely the full-year number will top a half million.
With the weather less wet and a little cooler in Q4 and news of the easier transit conditions instantly communicated, suggesting only 80,000 more migrants in the next 2½ months is absurd. My guess is well over 600,000 for 2023.
Central America entrepreneurs are rushing to increase the flow. Area politicians, no doubt cut in, are laughing at America.
The ONLY reason this is happening is the Biden Administration’s determined implementation of the Democrats’ No Borders Policy.
WHERE IS GOP?
