Fat Welfare Cheat Wants Her Free Government Cheese

An obviously overweight welfare recipient who considers her fellow Americans responsible for the consequences of her sexual activity is upset that her free government cheese has been cut off. Suprisingly she is white, married and her husband is employed. The immigration link is that he is a drywall installer, a profession under assault by illegal aliens. But still Emily Cox has no shame. Perhaps she should be eating less so her children can eat more.

State Shaves Cheese From WIC Food Program

Loyal Maberry-Cox, 3, likes cheese.

He and his older brother, Noble, 5, snack on it during the day. Their mother, Emily Cox, grates it up on salads or tops spaghetti with cheese.

The Strafford family receives financial help from Women, Infants and Children. The federal program provides nutritional assistance to low-income families with infants, young children and women who are pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding. Emily Cox receives vouchers each month for up to $57.33 to buy food such as milk, eggs, beans and peanut butter.

Her children aren’t eating much cheese these days. In mid-April, the WIC program in Missouri eliminated cheese from its list of foods for young children and some women.

“It was kind of a shock, but we’re dealing with it,” Cox said.
