The CNN Wire story below just plum forgot to publish a photograph of Jessica Chambers’ alleged killer, black career criminal and suspected serial killer of white and Asian women, Quinton Tellis, now 29.

Tellis has a long history of getting away with all manner of crimes, thanks to criminal justice affirmative action.
