Mission Accomplished: Sunday Talk Shows Flaunt Ferguson To Dodge Amnesty Discussion

Censorship

H/T One Old Vet

With Congress reconvening this week the key — indeed existential — issue for America is will action be taken to block President Obama’s Administrative Amnesty Coup D’état? Or is the answer to my question in Obama’s Amnesty By Decree: Has Sheldon Adelson Already Paid The GOP Leadership To Take A Dive? YES!

The management of the MSM clearly agrees — and is in full censorship mode again. The Networks incredibly did not carry Obama’s Amnesty speech and now The Hill reports Ferguson fallout to rule Sunday showsby Martin Matishak November 29, 2014

Fallout from a grand jury decision to not indict the police officer who fatally shot 18-year-old Michael Brown will continue to dominate Sunday’s political talk shows…

Several current and former law enforcement officials are slated to give their opinions on the latest developments in Ferguson, Mo., which has sparked violent protests in major cities across the country.

The Hill does not report that any discussion of Obama’s Amnesty was scheduled. This of course exactly how the Talk Shows behaved when the 2013 Amnesty/Immigration Acceleration Bill was going through the Senate in 2013.

Stirring up the highly emotive subject of Black rioting is a very effective distraction. It is also a complete dead end: the problem is endemic, the answer obvious and the Elite’s willingness to face facts zero.

Seeing how Ferguson is being used validates the suspicion raised on Wednesday by ZeroHedge in Did They Want More Violence In Ferguson? 10 'Coincidences' Too Glaring To Ignore. Amongst other points this observes

#1 Federal, state and local law enforcement authorities had more than three months to prepare for the violence that would follow the announcement of the grand jury decision. The mainstream media endlessly hyped this controversy and everyone knew that trouble would be brewing. But despite an enormous amount of time to prepare, very little was actually done to prevent any violence from happening.

#2 Someone made the decision to make the public announcement about the grand jury decision in the evening. Anyone involved in law enforcement knows that crowd control is far more difficult after dark. This also ensured that instead of being tied up with work or school, a maximum number of protesters would be able to be involved in the violence.

#3 Fortunately for the mainstream media, the announcement of the grand jury decision was perfectly timed to provide the largest possible number of prime time viewers for the big news networks…

#8 The Washington Post has documented that Attorney General Eric Holder had been in direct contact with Governor Nixon and had expressed “frustration” with the fact that the National Guard had been activated…

An honorable if partial exception to the blackout was the Meet The Press segment they call “nerd screen”. This was a breakdown of opinion polls on Obama’s action:
Overall, 38% approved of the idea of him taking executive action. 48% disapproved

Meet The Press quietly noted the ‘urban suburbs’ which are crucial for the Democrats nationally were against 41%/44%. This important news deserves a separate blog.
